Your AI agent says it's resolved. Kezo checks.
Kezo reads every conversation your support agent handles, whoever built it. It checks every promised refund, cancellation and fix in your payment and order systems, and finishes what was left undone. You get the true resolution rate, not the one on the invoice.

The problems your dashboard can't see.
AI agents mark conversations resolved when the chat ends politely. Your customers judge by whether the money arrived and the problem went away.
Broken promises
"I've raised your refund." Kezo checks your payment system. If the money never moved, you see the amount and the customer before they complain.
"Resolved" that wasn't
Customers who gave up after the bot looped, or were handed a polite goodbye. Counted as resolved, and often billed as resolved.
Repeat contacts
Told "it's fixed", back two days later with the same problem. Kezo links them and marks the first one not resolved.
Risky requests
A bot asking for a full card number, CVV, PIN or OTP, or sharing someone else's details. Flagged as high risk with the exact message.
Complaints with no route
A formal complaint answered with "thanks for your feedback". Kezo flags it, with deadlines for India (RBI), the EU, UK and US rules.
Where it goes wrong
True resolution by type of problem, so you know which topics to fix in your agent, your policies or your product.
No migration. Nothing changes for your customers.
Keep the agent, helpdesk and team you have. Kezo only reads, unless you ask it to finish the job.
Bring conversations
Upload an export (CSV, Excel or JSON) from any helpdesk or AI agent. Ongoing feeds from your helpdesk or by API follow.
Kezo reads and checks
Every conversation is read from the customer's side. Every promise is checked in Stripe, Shopify or WooCommerce.

Finish the job
Optionally, Kezo completes missed refunds and fixes within limits you set, checks they went through, and tells the customer.
Nobody should mark their own homework.
Most AI support vendors report their own resolution rate, and many bill by it. Kezo has no stake in the number. It just checks.
- 1Checked in your systems, not in the chat
A refund counts when your payment system shows it, not when the bot says so.
- 2Tamper-evident record
Every finding is sealed into a ledger where each entry's fingerprint includes the one before it. Any later change is detectable. Useful evidence for finance, auditors and regulators.
- 3Private by default
Card numbers and similar details are masked before analysis. Kezo only reads, never trains models on your data, and deletes on request.

Good to know.
Do we have to replace our current AI agent?
No. Kezo works alongside whatever you use today, a vendor's AI agent, your own bot or a human team. It reads the conversations and checks the outcomes. Nothing changes for your customers.
How does Kezo know a refund really happened?
It looks it up. With Stripe, Shopify or WooCommerce connected, Kezo finds the customer and checks whether a refund or cancellation of the promised amount exists after the conversation. If it's not due yet, it's marked as pending, not broken.
What format do our conversations need to be in?
Any export with the message text and who said what: CSV, Excel or JSON. Kezo maps the columns for you. A customer email and a "resolved" status help, but aren't required.
Is our data safe?
Kezo only reads. Card, bank and ID numbers are masked before analysis, your data is never used to train models, and you can delete an audit at any time. Shared report links hide customer emails.
Which languages does Kezo understand?
Conversations in English and major languages, including Hindi and Hinglish, are read and checked the same way.
